Refund Policy for GOATED Mindset 365 Online Courses

At GOATED Mindset 365, our mission is to provide transformative online courses to empower you on your journey to greatness. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to ensure transparency and fairness with our refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  1. Request Timeline:

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

    • For courses with a specific start date (e.g., live or cohort-based sessions), refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the course begins.

  2. Course Access:

    • If you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, as tracked by our platform, you will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Refunds are not available for courses where downloadable materials have been accessed.

  3. Technical Issues:

    • If technical difficulties prevent you from accessing the course, and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.

  4. Promotional or Discounted Purchases:

    • Refunds are not available for courses purchased during promotions, sales, or with discount codes unless otherwise specified.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions or live consultations once they have been scheduled.

  • Digital products, such as eBooks or guides, after they have been downloaded.

  • Subscription-based memberships after the billing cycle has started.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

    • Your full name

    • Order confirmation number

    • Reason for the refund request

  2. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
